Privacy policy

This policy covers this website. The VetWorkFlo platform itself is governed by the agreement each practice has with us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, practice name, email address, phone number, country, number of locations, what you are interested in, and your message. When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

To reply to you, to arrange a call or demo if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation while it is open. We do not sell this information and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored on the VetWorkFlo platform operated by TechGlock Software Solutions and an acknowledgement is emailed to you with a reference. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our records afterwards.

Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics services. Google Analytics tells us which pages are read and how people arrive, and Microsoft Clarity records how the site is used — clicks, scrolling and the path a cursor takes through a page — so we can see where it is confusing. Both set cookies in your browser and send information about your visit, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, to Google and Microsoft respectively, who act as our processors.

Both are off until you agree to them. You are asked once, neither script loads before you accept, and declining means they are never fetched at all. You can change your answer at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Clarity masks text content in its recordings by default, so what you type into the contact form is not replayed to us.

Separately, and whether or not you accept, we count page views ourselves so we know the site is being read. That counting stores a one-way hash of your address rather than the address, sets nothing in your browser, and stays on our own servers — we do not use it to identify you, and it is never shared.

Embedded third-party services, such as the booking calendar, may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own terms.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time through “Cookie settings”. You can also ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page, quoting the reference from your acknowledgement if you have one.
