Who it's for
One platform, four jobs. Each person signs in and sees the part of the practice that is theirs — no more, and nothing they have to ask somebody else for.
The whole practice on one dashboard.
Their diary and their records.
The day's work, in order.
Their pets, on their phone.

What is VetWorkFlo?
A veterinary practice is a business with a diary, a team, a client list, a website and a duty of care. Most run each of those on something different. VetWorkFlo keeps all five in one system.
Every morning begins by reconciling them.
One sign-in for the whole team.
Platform
Keep scrolling. The screen on the right moves with you, through the console as it is today.
Clients ask for a time from their app; the practice confirms a slot, offers alternatives or says it cannot help. Everything that is booked sits in one diary with a doctor, a duration and a status — confirmed, completed, cancelled or did not attend — so the front desk always knows what is actually happening.
Each vet has a record: qualifications, specialisms, professional registration with its expiry, the days they work and whether they are listed on the practice website. Registration expiry is flagged on the dashboard weeks ahead, because a vet cannot see patients on a lapsed one.
Nurses, receptionists, technicians, managers and locums each get an employee record with a position, employment type and an account invitation sent by email. Filters show who is active, invited or suspended at a glance.
Every person has a weekly working pattern with breaks. It is checked against the clinic’s opening hours, warns when it falls outside them, and shows cover across the week so a day with nobody on is obvious. Leave requests, half days and closures are handled in the same place, and only these hours can ever be booked.
Pet owners register through the practice’s own page or are added at the desk. Each has a profile, contact details with reachability warnings, their pets, last visit and anything overdue. Each pet carries its record: vaccinations, clinical notes, prescriptions and reminders.
Clinic Owner, Practice Manager, Doctor, Veterinary Nurse, Receptionist and Staff ship ready to use. Duplicate one and adjust it, or grant a permission directly to one person. Every module — records, prescriptions, billing, reports — can be viewed, created, edited or deleted independently, and an activity log records who changed what.
And the rest of the platform
Features
Requests become bookings. Availability becomes the diary. A role becomes what somebody is allowed to do. Each feature is the input to the next — which is the whole reason they belong in one place.
From their app or your website: what is wrong, when they can come, and which vet they would like.
Confirm a slot, offer alternatives, or say you cannot help. Nothing sits in an inbox unanswered.
Only inside hours somebody actually works, with buffers between appointments and closures respected.
The visit, the vaccination, the prescription, the reminder — kept on the pet, ready for next time.
Every feature, on the screen it lives on

Clients ask for a time from their app or the practice books at the desk. Either way it lands in the same place, with a doctor, a duration and a status the whole team can see.

A single record for each client and each pet, built from the moment they register on the practice’s own page and kept current by every appointment after that.

Availability is not a separate calendar. It is the rule that decides which slots exist in the diary, so booking can never put someone where they are not.

Every kind of practice
The work is the same shape whatever the size: a diary to fill, a team to run, clients to look after, records to keep straight. What changes is how much of it there is — and how much of the platform you want to own.
Single site
A small team doing everything. One diary, a handful of vets and nurses, a front desk, and clients who want to book without ringing.
One large site
Many doctors with registrations to keep valid, nurses and technicians, a manager who needs numbers, and cover to plan across seven days.
Many sites, one brand
An organisation that wants the platform under its own name, on its own infrastructure, with its own domain — and support behind it.
How VetWorkFlo works
Keep scrolling. Each step has its own screen, and the panel beside it follows you down.
We create the veterinary organisation: its name, address, clinic hours and the owner’s account. You sign in to a console that already knows who you are.
Invite doctors with their registrations, then nurses, receptionists, technicians and administrators. Each gets an emailed invitation and a role that fits the job.
Give every doctor a weekly working pattern with breaks, matched to the clinic’s opening hours. These hours become the only slots anybody can book.
Share your practice’s own registration page. Pet owners create an account, add their animals, and get an app for your practice on their phone.
Clients ask for a time from their app. The front desk confirms a slot, offers alternatives, or says it cannot help — and the diary fills with real bookings.
The diary, the team, the clients, the records, the reminders and the reports — run from one console, by the people you gave access to.
Two ways to use VetWorkFlo
The same product either way. Choose the model that fits how your organisation wants to run.
Option 1 — VetWorkFlo SaaS
Your practice signs up and uses VetWorkFlo as a hosted platform. We run it; you run the practice.
Option 2 — Your own branded platform
Your brand. Your infrastructure. Powered by VetWorkFlo. For organisations that want their own platform and greater control.
Not sure which? Schedule a 30-minute call and we will walk you through both.
FAQ
VetWorkFlo is veterinary practice management software. It gives a clinic or hospital one console for appointments, doctors, staff, clients and their pets, availability, roles and permissions, records, reminders, reports and the practice’s public website — plus an app for pet owners.
Veterinary clinics and hospitals, and everyone who works in them: owners, practice managers, vets, nurses, receptionists and other staff. Pet owners use their own app for the practice, so it serves both sides of the desk.
For the hosted platform, a practice is typically set up and signing in within a few days of the first call: we create the practice, you add your team and availability, and you invite clients when ready. A branded deployment depends on your infrastructure and brand assets; we agree a plan on the call.
Request a demo and we will walk through the console on a 30-minute call, with your kind of practice in mind. There is nothing to install and no obligation.
No. The hosted platform is a website your team signs in to, and your clients use their own app in a browser on their phone.
Appointments and booking, doctors, staff, clients and pets, availability and leave, roles and permissions, clinical records, prescriptions, vaccinations, reminders, notifications, reports, the practice’s public website, and an app for pet parents.
Join VetWorkFlo, or talk to us about a branded platform of your own. Either way, the first step is a conversation.
