How veterinary practice onboarding works

From nothing to a running practice

We set the practice up with you. You bring your team and your clients. After that the platform is doing the work — and nobody has installed anything.

The journey

What actually happens, in order

Each step belongs to somebody, and each one leaves something behind. Scroll and the line follows you.

  1. Us, with you

    Set up your practice

We create the veterinary organisation: its name, address, clinic hours and the owner’s account. You sign in to a console that already knows who you are.

    • Practice, address and clinic hours
    • The owner account, ready to sign in

  2. You

    Add your team

Invite doctors with their registrations, then nurses, receptionists, technicians and administrators. Each gets an emailed invitation and a role that fits the job.

    • Nurses, front desk and managers

  3. Each doctor, or a manager

    Configure availability

Give every doctor a weekly working pattern with breaks, matched to the clinic’s opening hours. These hours become the only slots anybody can book.

    • A weekly pattern per person
    • Matched to your clinic hours
    • Leave and closures respected

  4. Your clients

    Invite your clients

Share your practice’s own registration page. Pet owners create an account, add their animals, and get an app for your practice on their phone.

    • Your own registration page
    • Owners add their own pets
    • An app for every client

  5. Clients, then your front desk

    Start accepting appointments

Clients ask for a time from their app. The front desk confirms a slot, offers alternatives, or says it cannot help — and the diary fills with real bookings.

    • Requests arrive in one place
    • Confirm, offer or decline
    • Reminders before the visit

  6. Everybody, in their own part

    Manage everything from one platform

The diary, the team, the clients, the records, the reminders and the reports — run from one console, by the people you gave access to.

    • One dashboard for the day
    • Reports at the end of the month
    • Everybody sees their own part

Before the first call

What you need to bring

Not much. Most of it you already have written down somewhere.

Your practice details

Name, address, opening hours and the services you offer.

Your vets

Names, specialisms and their professional registration numbers.

Everybody else

Nurses, front desk and administrators, with an email each.

Who works when

Roughly — you can refine the weekly patterns in the console.

Your client list can come later. Most practices invite clients once the diary is set up.

Step one is a conversation.

Request a demo and we will create your practice with you.

Or pick a time on our calendar instead.
