What we believe
The record is the product. A pet’s history, a doctor’s registration, a client’s contact details — the software’s job is to keep them right and put them where they are needed, not to make people re-type them.
The front desk is the customer. Screens are designed for somebody with a phone in one hand and a dog in front of them. What needs doing is on the dashboard, in order.
Access is a decision, not a default. Roles and permissions are first-class, because a receptionist and a surgeon should not see the same things.
Own it if you want to. We offer the hosted platform and a branded deployment you own, because organisations differ in how much control they want.
